Order Processing Time
All orders are processed after payment has been successfully confirmed. Processing time may vary depending on the product, supplier availability, order volume, and verification requirements.
Most orders are processed within 1–5 business days. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery times may vary depending on the product, supplier, shipping carrier, destination, and product availability.
Because some of our products may be shipped directly from our suppliers, estimated delivery times are not the same for every product. Some items may arrive faster, while others may take longer.
Estimated delivery times may be shown on the product page, at checkout, or in the order information when available. These delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
General estimated delivery time may range from 7–20 business days depending on the product and shipping method.
Shipping Cost
Shipping costs may vary depending on the product, order value, shipping destination, supplier, and available shipping method.
Some products may qualify for free standard shipping. If free shipping is available, it will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
If a shipping fee applies, the cost will be displayed at checkout before payment.
Supplier and Third-Party Shipping
Some products sold by LA FRANKA may be shipped directly from third-party suppliers, manufacturers, warehouses, or international suppliers.
This means that shipping times, tracking updates, packaging, and carrier information may vary depending on the supplier handling the order.
By placing an order, you understand and agree that some products may be fulfilled and shipped by third-party suppliers on behalf of LA FRANKA.
Tracking Information
When tracking information is available, it will be provided to the customer by email, text message, or through the order confirmation details.
Please allow time for tracking information to update after the order has been shipped. In some cases, tracking updates may take several days to appear in the carrier system.
If tracking information is not immediately available, this does not necessarily mean that the order has not been shipped.
Multiple Items in One Order
If you order more than one item, your products may be shipped separately. This can happen when items come from different suppliers, warehouses, or shipping locations.
If your order is shipped in multiple packages, each package may have a different tracking number and delivery time.
Shipping Delays

Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase.
Please review your shipping information carefully before placing your order.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, the order may be delayed, returned, lost, or delivered to the wrong location.
LA FRANKA is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed after the order has been processed or shipped.
Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, LA FRANKA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please check with your household members, neighbors, building office, front desk, mailbox, or local carrier office.
You may also need to contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim or request more delivery information.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees may apply depending on the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
LA FRANKA is not responsible for customs delays, customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any additional charges required by the destination country.
Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will do our best to assist you. However, once an order has been processed, fulfilled, or shipped, we may not be able to make changes or cancel the order.
Shipping Availability
Shipping availability may vary depending on the product and destination.
Some products may not be available for shipping to certain locations. If we are unable to ship an item to your address, we will contact you with available options.
Pre-Order or Special Order Items
If an item is marked as pre-order, special order, or made-to-order, processing and delivery times may be longer than usual.
Any estimated shipping or delivery information for these items will be provided when available.
